I use alot of ground beef around my house! Thielen Meat's of Little Falls, MN has the most lean and best tasting burger I have ever had. It's so good, I refuse to buy it anywhere else! Every couple months they have a sale and I always stock up!
Tonight for dinner I decided to make Mushroom, Onion & Swiss Burgers, skipping the bun! I eat way too many carbs already!
What you need:
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
1 tub sliced white mushrooms
3 slices swiss cheese
1 Tbsp butter
1 roma tomato, diced
salt, pepper and nature's seasoning
Combine ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper and nature's seasoning. Shape into 3 patties. Cook on medium heat for approx 10-12 minutes, turning periodically until cooked through. Top with cheese within the last couple minutes.
Meanwhile saute mushrooms and onions in butter.
Top hamburger patty with mushrooms, onions and tomato!
