When I think of pulled pork, I always think of it as a party food. Whether it's smoked, roasted, slow cooked or made in an Instant Pot, it always seems like there's enough for a crowd!

If you want an easy recipe for a crowd, this is it! This pulled pork has only 5 ingredients and it can be served alone, on sandwiches, on baked potatoes or even rice.

It makes about 15 regular sized sandwiches, but you could also use slider sized buns and get close to double that amount. Those slider sized sandwiches would be perfect at a potluck where there's tons to choose from, so people may want a small sandwich to leave enough room to try other foods.

This recipe uses barbecue sauce from the store, but you could also use homemade, or even try buffalo, jerk or any other kind of bottled sauce. We love this version of pulled pork with the Dr. Pepper, but this Slow Cooker Root Beer Roast Beef is a great swap if you'd like to use beef instead!
