Coffee lovers, today's recipe is for you!

Fluff salads are such an old school midwest staple. I remember seeing them at potlucks and graduation parties through my whole childhood. They have always been a favorite of mine and I love experimenting and trying different flavors.

This Coffee Fluff is my absolute favorite, by far! The coffee, cream cheese and vanilla pudding are such a great flavor combo for the cream. The english toffee bits and the pecans add a much needed crunch. This fluff salad doesn't have a strong coffee flavor, but it's just enough to make each bite delicious.

You can serve this for the holidays or any special occasion. It makes a pretty big batch, and could serve more than 10 people if needed. Or, double the recipe and you can have some leftovers too!
