Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Roast Recipe

Hello lovelies!! So sorry I've been slacking on the blogging! I normally get my recipes up on Mondays and Wednesdays, but not getting home until 8pm the last two nights has put the posts to a halt! Busy bee, I tell ya!

Today I have a wonderful slow cooker recipe for you! It's easy to throw together and the end result is flavorful and fall apart tender! The only way I make roasts these days are in the slow cooker! I just love how they turn out! Enjoy!!

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Roast (click here to print recipe)

What you need:
1 1/2 pound pork roast
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
pepper, as desired

Place pork roast in the slow cooker. Whisk the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture over the pork roast. Cover and slow cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2 1/2- 3 hours. Transfer to a cutting board, slice and serve with sauce drizzled over top.
