Guest Post from Cookin' Mimi: Mushroom and Provolone Burgers Recipe!

Today's guest post is from Micha at Cookin' Mimi! Make sure to stop by her blog and say hi! :)

One of my favorite things to order when I go out to eat is a burger. I've found some of my new favorite burgers that way-
jalapeno bacon cheeseburger anyone? But eating out can get expensive pretty quick so I've learned to make restaurant style burgers at home.

I have a mild obsession with mushrooms and I look for opportunities to cook them frequently. It's no big surprise that I decided upon topping a hamburger with mushrooms and cheese. The usual cheese pairing with mushrooms is Swiss but I'm the only one who really likes it so I used Provolone. The result was a juicy burger with gooey cheese and garlic buttery mushrooms. So good, people.
