It's officially grilling season here in MN! With temps predicted to be in the 60's and 70's all week, I know my grill will be used almost every day! These are the days I enjoy the most! There's just something special about getting outside, and eating on the patio after a long winter. I love coming up with fun and creative recipes to try out on the grill, and I have a great one for you today!

I'm sharing my Roast Beef and Caramelized Onion Croissant Sandwich! This sandwich is full of roast beef and caramelized onion goodness! Have you ever caramelized onions on the grill before? They turn out smoky, sweet and fantastic and they are a perfect addition to any sandwich! Put the onions on the grill when you're making the burgers and hot dogs! Such an easy addition to any BBQ!

This croissant wouldn't be complete without the New Heinz® Yellow Mustard I topped it off with! The tangy flavor of the mustard pairs well with the sweetness of the caramelized onions! Heinz has always been a favorite brand for us, especially Heinz Ketchup! Our family is hooked and cannot use any other brand!

We just love using Heinz Yellow Mustard on all of our grilling favorites including burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches! It's always a must have condiment and we always make sure to keep some in the refrigerator! The taste is amazing, and it contains 100% natural ingredients, including stone-ground mustard seeds. Heinz Yellow Mustard has a secret blend of spices and vinegar for the perfect balance of flavor and tang. Also, no more water mess! Heinz has designed their new Mustard top-down, squeeze bottle to prevent that first squirt of watered down product. No longer must you shake the bottle before using. That's perfect for me since I always forget to shake the bottle first!

I hope you enjoy these amazing croissant sandwiches at your next BBQ!
