Casserole or Hotdish? If you're from Minnesota, you know it as Hotdish! I crave these one pan wonders when the weather gets cold outside!

This Pizza Tater Tot Hotdish is perfect! Tons of beefy, cheesy goodness and super saucy. I added in onions, green peppers and mushrooms, but you could also add pepperoni, sausage or even Canadian bacon.

I'm a huge Canadian bacon lover, so next time I'll add some of that in! There are so many options to customize and make it just like your favorite pizza.

My Mom only ever made one kind of tater tot hotdish, the one most of us are familiar with. The one with the cream of something soup, a vegetable and some ground beef!

I have my Mom's recipe posted here and still enjoy it to this day on occasion. I have to admit though, this pizza one is a new favorite!

If your kiddos love pizza, then this recipe is sure to be a hit with them! What kind of tater tot casserole/hotdish does your family enjoy the most?
