Who else loves garlic bread??

It's one of my absolute favorite things in life, and today's recipe is the easiest and it's SO delicious!

This five ingredient Mini Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread recipe is one that you'll want to add into your meal plan regularly. 

It's super cheap to make, it's great for families, because kids love them and fast to make using the canned biscuits.

We love serving them with a side of pizza sauce for an appetizer or snack, or as a side with dinner during the week.

Mini Garlic Money Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 - 7.5 ounce cans buttermilk biscuits (10 count)
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a bowl.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave, then add the minced garlic, basil and ¼ cup shredded parmesan to the butter and stir.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the biscuit pieces and gently stir to combine until biscuit pieces are evenly coated.
  5. Place about 6 biscuit pieces into each cup in a greased or non-stick 12 cup muffin pan. Top each monkey bread with the remaining ¼ cup parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes on a rack in the center of the oven, until cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
