Strawberry and Blackberry Bellinis Made with Moscato d'Asti Recipe

As you may know from some of my other posts, Bellinis are my absolute favorite drink! They are a great way to add some amazing flavor to a bottle of Moscato d'Asti! Moscato d'Asti tastes fabulous alone, so just imagine adding sweetened, strained berries. It is too good for words. You NEED to try these ASAP to find out for yourself!! This amazing photo was taken by my sister, Shannon. If you'd like to see some more of her pictures, visit her blog Speaking in Plain Shamish! Enjoy!!

What you need:
3 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. fresh blackberries
1/4 c. sugar
1- 750 mil bottle of Moscato d'Asti (any sparkling wine would work!)

Directions:
In the container of an electric blender, combine berries and sugar; process until smooth.  Strain mixture, if desired. Pour fruit mixture into a serving pitcher; slowly add wine, stirring gently to combine.

  1. I didn't realize bellinis were so easy to make! I always like your recipes because they include ingredients usually already in my kitchen. You know what that means--Peach Bellini for lunch cocktail!

I'll check your sister's blog out too.
