Homemade Ground Chicken Taco Meat Recipe

Tacos are one of my favorite meals. I usually use ground beef, but I got a great deal on ground chicken, so I decided to try that instead. These turned out to be just as good as the ground beef version and more healthy for you too! I love to eat mine in a taco salad, and the next day, heat some leftover Spanish rice with the chicken and sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top. Then scoop it up with some tortilla chips! Yum! Enjoy!!
