Roasted Lemons and Dill Potatoes Recipe

If you are looking for a refreshing and summery potato side dish, you are at the right place! This is a recipe I made when I first started blogging, and it is so good, I felt it needed to be shared again with an updated photo!

I just love the freshness of the lemon and the flavor of the dill weed. It is so easy to make and the results are fabulous! You can bake them in the oven, or also in a foil pack on the grill. I am a huge potato lover and the flavors in this recipe compliment the baby red potatoes so well. I have to thank my sister Shannon for taking the wonderful picture in this post. You can check out her blog Speaking in Plain Shamish! I hope you enjoy!!
