How many of you are coffee lovers like me? Every morning I need a cup of joe to get me going before work! I'm also one of those people who love their coffee with tons of flavor, no plain ol' black coffee for me.

Now that it's fall, you can find pumpkin everything, every where! International Delight has an amazing Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer that I'm so addicted to right now! Tons of amazing pumpkin spice flavor that's a perfect addition to my morning coffee!

International Delight also has Peppermint Mocha, Frosted Sugar Cookie, and White Chocolate Raspberry liquid creamers, which are all just as good as the Pumpkin Pie Spice! These creamers are not only good for coffee, but they are also a great addition to your next dessert recipe!

  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: Creamy swirl of season spice flavors inspired by pumpkin pie
  • Peppermint Mocha: A rich taste of chocolate meets festive peppermint flavor
  • Frosted Sugar Cookie: The sweet taste of home in a rich, creamy swirl inspired by cookies and frosting
  • White Chocolate Raspberry: Smooth white chocolate flavor and the luscious taste of ripe raspberries
We've been experimenting with different foods to bring in my daughter's school lunch everyday. Since she loves rice pudding, we decided to whip up a batch with the Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer to send with her for lunch! It's such an easy recipe to prep, especially if you have leftover white rice and the time spent baking them in the oven warms up the house on a cool fall or winter day. Pumpkin flavors get me in the mood for holiday baking and I can't wait to spend more time in the kitchen with my daughter making memories while trying out new fall recipes!

Rice pudding baking in the oven totally reminds me of my childhood. My siblings and I would get so excited when Mom decided to make a batch of rice pudding! It never lasted long, but it was always SO good.

Most of my greatest childhood memories were times that we spent in the kitchen with my Mom. She was always canning or cooking something from scratch and I'm sure that's where my love for food and cooking started. So glad I can share my version of her recipe with you today! Make it for dessert on Thanksgiving, or even Sunday dinner! It's really perfect for any special occasion!
