Hope all of you had a very Merry Christmas and hope you have a very Happy New Year!

It was great for our family! We had two Christmas celebrations on Christmas day and spent the day at home on Saturday baking Christmas goodies and eating appetizers!

Today's recipe is easy and a good one to make and eat at any New Year's celebration or Game Day party!

Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball! Yay! Perfect for all you buffalo chicken lovers! Plus, I have an amazing giveaway for you!

This recipe wouldn't be as easy to make if it weren't for my new Hamilton Beach Professional 14 Cup Dicing Food Processor!

This is THE food processor of all food processors! You can slice on 14 different thickness slicing settings, dice, shred, mix, puree, make dough and so much more! It also has a unique 3-in-1 Big Mouth feed tube so less pre-cutting is needed!

This food processor includes five attachments and a handy storage case to store them all in!

I love the sleek green, silver and black color scheme. It goes wonderfully with my kitchen!

It's professional, and best of all, BPA free!

This processor is very user friendly! The blades, bowl and lid are dishwasher safe, the bowl is designed to stack on the base (no twisting required) and the lid snaps to the bowl with a heavy-duty die-cast locking arm!

There are two speeds, plus pulse and it's all controlled with a touch of the finger on the electronic LED lighted touch pad!

As you can see, this recipe was easy peasy with this Hamilton Beach Food Processor!

Shred the chicken, mix the cheeses, seasonings, sauces, chicken and only dirty one bowl in the whole process!

I'm always up for less steps and less dishes!

Mold into a ball, refrigerate and serve in a few hours!

This cheese ball has the perfect amount of buffalo flavor, and also a touch of garlic from the delicious garlic jack cheese! So tasty!

This is also great as a hot dip. Use the leftovers or skip molding into a ball and instead pre-heat the oven, put into an oven safe baking dish and heat until warm and bubbly!

It's delicious either way and is always a crowd pleaser!

Hamilton Beach is a brand that I grew up with, and is a brand I know and trust! This Hamilton Beach Professional 14 Cup Dicing Food Processor is a great quality product and would be perfect for any home cook's kitchen!
