This recipe just reminds me of a total comfort food! You can serve on top of rice or over mashed potatoes with a veggie and some bread on the side. It is a quick meal, that's super filling and tastes great! Enjoy!

Hamburger and Mushroom Gravy

What you need:
1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 3/4 c. beef broth
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. warm water
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
mashed potatoes

In a large skillet, brown ground beef, garlic, and onions until beef is cooked through. Add mushrooms, saute for a few minutes then add the beef broth. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water and add to boiling broth and continue to boil for a couple minutes until the sauce starts to thicken into gravy, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. Serve over mashed potatoes!
