Pure meat and potatoes comfort food and so easy to prepare! It doesn't get much better than this! Roasted Garlic Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes Recipe from Hot Eats and Cool Reads

Mmmmm, roasted chicken and potatoes are one of my absolute favorite types of comfort food. One of my favorite things about this recipe, is the addition of rosemary. There's just something about rosemary that's so comforting to me. Yummy. I just love how fast the prep is. After you prep, can just throw it in the oven, and forget about it until it's finished. Easy peasy! Enjoy!
