Tator Tot Hotdish is usually my "go to" recipe when I have a bag of tator tots in the freezer. I wanted to change it up and do something completely different, so why not use them in a recipe similar to loaded baked potatoes? It turned out fantastic and both my daughter and I loved it. Using chicken and bacon is a perfect meat combo and top it all off with sour cream and green onions. Yum! Hope you enjoy this as much as we did!
