Today I'm sharing an easy, go-to breakfast recipe that you and your family will love!

These Overnight Vanilla Oats can be prepped in just 5 minutes! Refrigerate, then all you have to do the next morning, is chop some fruit, assemble and breakfast is on the table.

They're super affordable for families and can be made with any fruit you have on hand. Kids really love them, especially if they help make their own jars.

We sometimes make these with regular milk, but we also make them with unsweetened coconut milk when we have some in the fridge. It's delicious either way and I love that it can be dairy free if needed, for my nieces who are allergic to dairy.

Another great use for old fashioned oats are these old fashioned oats cookies! Such a simple and classic cookie!

If you like this easy breakfast, give these a try! Bisquick Cinnamon Muffins, Wild Blueberry Chia Pudding or Brown Sugar Bananas and Cream!!
