Simple Lemony Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, washed and trimmed
- 6 slices lemon, sliced thinly
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss asparagus in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place asparagus in a glass baking dish and cover with lemon slices. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.

ReplyDeleteI love asparagus too and this one looks easy and delicious. I have cooked asparagus with similar ingredients but wrapped in foil and grilled and it too turns out so good. I am definitely trying this soon. Thanks for sharing on Recipe Roundup.
