Peanut Butter Cinnamon Chip Cookies

Only four ingredients and addicting! These Peanut Butter Cookies use cinnamon chips. They're soft, with a crunch in each bite from the crunchy peanut butter.

This recipe takes the classic three ingredient peanut butter cookies to the next level by adding cinnamon chips!

Cinnamon chips have been a favorite of mine for many years and I usually use them in cookies, banana bread or muffins. We were making a batch of peanut butter cookies recently and I thought to add some chips.

The cinnamon chips go so perfectly with the peanut butter and adds a great taste and texture to these cookies. We used crunchy peanut butter for this batch, but creamy peanut butter is always a winner too.

This recipe is so basic and easy, they really turn out perfectly every single time. Pack them in your work lunch box, have them for an after school snack or with your coffee or tea.
