I had a great couple days in Nashville earlier this year! The food was amazing, there's SO much to do and see! I can't wait to go back someday and check out more great eats and things to do!

Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt 2100 Hayes St

Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt Nashville, Tennessee

This hotel was very new when we stayed there in March of this year.

The lobby and bar area was clean and stylish. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The made to order omelets and other breakfast offerings were unique and delicious! There was live music in the lobby one of the evenings we stayed and free shuttle service within a certain distance.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the rooftop pool was a great area to sit and chill even though it was too cold to swim when we visited.

Overall, I loved this hotel and would defintely stay here again!

Downtown Nashville

Downtown Nashville is where all the action happens! Visit the bars and restaurants lining broadway, discover museums, shopping and more!

Dulce Desserts 717 Craighead St

Dulce Desserts Nashville, Tennessee

The stop at Dulce Desserts was very sudden, all because we saw their sign on the street and love a good dessert!

You can order desserts for special occasions, or pick from a small selection for a grab and go dessert bite!

The buttercream frosting on the cupcakes is to die for and the half dozen that we purchased were gone in no time at all!

Las Paletas 2911 12th Ave S

Las Paletas Popsicle Shop Nashville, Tennessee

In every city I visit, I always search for a popsicle shop!

This one happens to be my absolute favorite so far. The location is cute and very accessible with parking in the back! The cream popsicles are the best here, but the fruity ones are also wonderful.

White's Mercantile 2908 12th Ave S

White's Mercantile Nashville, Tennessee

After eating your popsicle, walk across the street to this fun store!

You can find gifts and home decor for anyone, men, women and children! The items are unique and I came home with a new timer I use for timing my reading minutes every evening.

House of Kabob 216 Thompson Ln

House of Kabob Nashville, Tennessee

This amazing Persian Iranian restaurant was at the top of my list for places to try before we arrived in Nashville.

Everything we tried was fresh, delicious and so full of flavor. It was super busy for lunch the day we visited, but we were seated immediately and the service was just as good as the food! The gyro meat plate was my favorite!

Party Fowl 719 8th Ave S

Party Fowl 719 8th Ave S

We stumbled across this place while driving past. The boozy slushy sign caught our eye and we had no intention of trying any food here.

Once we checked out the menu, it quickly changed our minds and within 15 minutes we had the piggy chips (potato chips cooked in bacon fat), poutine, Nashville hot chicken and more!

This was one of my favorite restaurants during this visit to Nashville and I highly recommend making time to stop here!

Elliston Place Soda Shop 2111 Elliston Pl

Elliston Place Soda Shop 2111 Elliston Pl Nashville Tennessee

Everything is old school delicious at this soda shop diner!

It is located right by the hotel we stayed in and on our way to the airport we stopped to try the chocolate egg cream! Yummy!

BB King's Blues Club 152 2nd Ave N

BB King's Blues Club Nashville, Tennessee

The live music was fun and the food was amazing!

The service wasn't the best the night we visited, but the food made up for it. I'd defintely give it a try again!

Headquarters Beercade 114 2nd Ave S

Headquarters Beercade Arcade Nashville, Tennessee

Free arcade games, and a great food and drink menu! It's just a short walk from the bridge you'll learn about next!

The decor is seriously the best in this place! Worth the visit alone.

John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge formerly the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge - Downtown

Check out the amazing downtown skyline from this wonderful pedestrian bridge!

I hope you enjoy your visit to Nashville!
