Fall in Minnesota is always a good time!
The majority of us love the cooler weather that comes with the changing of the seasons.
The fall activities are definitely the highlight of this time of year. We love visiting apple orchards, picking pumpkins, visiting corn mazes and more!
After visiting the apple orchard, it's always time to make a big batch of my mom's apple crisp!
Growing up, we had a huge apple tree growing in our yard, which produced tons of apples. We loved eating green apples with a sprinkle of salt before they were ripe, then the juicy delicious apples after they ripened.
My mom always made this apple crisp every fall and my siblings and I always loved and we're so excited to eat it.
This recipe is easy and the crisp topping is SO delicious!
The ingredients are all simple and easily found in your fridge or pantry, and the whole family will enjoy this sweet treat!
