Sriracha Mayo Sauce is a simple, flavor packed condiment that instantly upgrades just about anything. Creamy mayo is blended with bold, spicy sriracha, then finished with garlic powder and a sprinkle of dried parsley for a little extra flavor and color. The result is a smooth, slightly spicy sauce with just the right balance of heat and richness.

This versatile sauce is perfect for dipping fries, drizzling over burgers and sandwiches, or adding a kick to wraps, tacos, and bowls. I’ve been serving this with my Air Fryer Breaded Salmon Bites, Air Fryer Breaded Shrimp and Air Fryer Catfish Nuggets for years, and it’s always a hit. It comes together in minutes with pantry staples, making it an easy go to whenever you want to add a little heat and creamy goodness to your meal.

Recipe tips and substitution ideas:

  • Let the sauce sit for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend together. If you want a thinner consistency for drizzling, add a splash of water or lemon juice. Refrigerate in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • You can easily customize this sauce based on what you have on hand. Use fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder for a stronger flavor, or add onion powder for extra depth. Fresh parsley can replace dried parsley, or try other fresh herbs like cilantro or chives for a different twist. For a lighter option, substitute some or all of the mayo with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • You can also switch things up by using chili garlic sauce in place of sriracha for a different kind of heat and flavor. Add a splash of lime or lemon juice for brightness, or a drizzle of honey, hot honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweet and spicy balance. For a dairy free option, use a plant based mayo without sacrificing creaminess.
