This Hawaiian Punch Slushie is a sweet, colorful frozen drink that’s perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day. Made with just three simple ingredients, ice, Hawaiian Punch, and granulated sugar, it blends together in minutes for a smooth, icy treat the whole family will love. The fruity flavor and bright color make it especially fun for kids, birthday parties, pool days, and backyard gatherings.

Skip the convenience store slushie and make this easy version right at home! Make and serve it immediately while it’s thick and frosty, and add a colorful straw or fresh fruit garnish for an extra fun finishing touch. My 5 year old says these slushies are 10/10!

Recipe tips:

  • If you'd like a thinner, more drinkable slushie, simply add a little more Hawaiian Punch until you reach your desired consistency. Keep in mind that adding more juice will make the slushie less thick, so adjust it to your personal preference.
  • This slushie is best enjoyed immediately after blending. It won't hold its icy texture if refrigerated, and freezing leftovers will turn it into a solid block of ice that's difficult to blend again. The granulated sugar plays an important role in the recipe, helping the crushed ice blend smoothly with the liquid for that classic slushie texture. Without the sugar, the ice and juice don't combine nearly as well, resulting in a less smooth and icy drink.

Swaps and additions:

  • Hawaiian Punch comes in a variety of fun flavors, so don't hesitate to experiment with your favorite or try a new one for a different twist.
