Pico De Gallo Recipe

This recipe gave me a little taste of summer this week. Minnesota winters tend to get a little long and drawn out by the time you reach March. Although we've had a very mild winter this year, I cannot wait for summer and all of the fresh fruits and vegetables that come with it. Tomatoes are my most favorite summer food and I love making fresh salsa or pico de gallo! I was able to find some really decent ingredients, so I had to whip up a batch of this to add to my guacamole! This recipe is so simple and packed full of flavor! Enjoy!!

What you need:
tomatoes, diced
garlic, minced
onion, diced
cilantro, chopped
lime juice
salt and pepper
jalapeno, optional

Prep ingredients as noted above. Add as little or as much of each ingredient depending on your taste. Mix together and serve!
