Raspberry Ricotta Dip is a bright, creamy treat that comes together in minutes and tastes as good as it looks. Fresh raspberries are folded into a smooth mixture of ricotta cheese, vanilla yogurt, and raspberry jam, creating a lightly sweet dip that’s rich, fruity, and perfectly creamy. The combination of tangy yogurt and fluffy ricotta makes it feel a little indulgent while still being fresh and light.
This recipe is such a winner at our house. The first time my five year old daughter tried it, she declared that I was the best “cooker” ever, which might be the highest compliment a mom can get! It’s incredibly easy to make and works for so many occasions, whether you’re serving it for breakfast, as an afternoon snack, or even as a simple dessert. Pair it with pita chips, graham crackers, toasted bread, or fresh fruit for dipping, and you’ve got a fun, pretty, and flavorful dish that everyone will love.

Recipe tips and substitution ideas:
- For the smoothest texture, use whole milk ricotta and whisk it well before adding the other ingredients. If your ricotta seems watery, drain it in a fine mesh strainer for 15-20 minutes so the dip stays thick and creamy. Gently fold in the raspberries at the end so they keep their shape and don’t turn the dip completely pink. For extra flavor, chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving so everything blends together nicely. If you want a smoother dip, mash the raspberries slightly before mixing them in. Garnishing the top with a few extra raspberries or a drizzle of raspberry jam also makes it look extra pretty for serving.
- This would be great with any fruit and jam! Try blackberry, strawberry or blueberry! You can also use fruit flavored yogurt instead of vanilla.
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
