Ground Beef and Brown Rice Sauerkraut Skillet Recipe

This skillet is great for weeknights! Full of German flavors and great for any sauerkraut lover!

Monday again? How do these weekends fly by so fast??

Today's recipe is inspired by my German roots! We grew up eating all kinds of sauerkraut dishes, especially this Kielbasa and Sauerkraut recipe, and also pork chops and sauerkraut. As an adult, I'm still a lover of all things sauerkraut! This skillet recipe was a spur of the moment dinner, when the fridge was pretty much empty. It's amazing what you can come up with when using pantry ingredients!

I really loved how it turned out! The flavors aren't too bold, but it's so delicious! It reminds me so much of my childhood, which makes it 100% comfort food for me! It's hearty and easily feeds a family when paired with a veggie! Even better, it's quick to make, so perfect for weeknights! Enjoy!
