I am obsessed with making chicken wings in the air fryer! Air fried wings have a crispy exterior unmatched by deep fryers and don't forget: no deep fryer, means no oily mess to clean up afterwards.

For the health conscientious, not only do you avoid all the extra oil from the deep fryer, the air fryer has a drip pan underneath to collect excess oil from the wings themselves while still maintaining a juicy interior.

And there you have crispy wings that are also healthier, well until you add the rosemary garlic butter sauce haha!

These wings are perfect for a quick dinner and go great with almost any side dish you serve them with. They're also great served as an appetizer for game day parties, holidays or any special occasion.

The rosemary adds some freshness and such a great flavor to the butter sauce! The garlic is a must in almost every recipe I make, so of course, the butter wouldn't be the same without it.

Recipe tips:

  • We own a Ninja air fryer and these cook in about 18 minutes to the crispiness we love! Different brands may heat differently and wing sizes vary, so adjust the time or temperature accordingly and use a meat thermometer if you're unsure. You'll want the wings to be super crispy so the sauce coats them and doesn't make them soggy.
