If you love apple pie but don't feel like baking an entire pie, these Apple Pie in a Cup treats are such a fun and easy alternative! Each individual cup has layers of crunchy graham cracker crumbs, sweet apple pie filling, and fluffy Cool Whip, finished with a sprinkle of cinnamon for that classic fall flavor. With just a handful of simple ingredients and no baking required, they're an easy dessert you can put together in minutes.

I especially love these for fall parties, Thanksgiving, potlucks, and after school treats because everyone gets their own individual serving and there's no slicing or serving a pie. They're also a fun recipe for the kids to help assemble! You can pipe the Cool Whip on top to make them look a little extra special or simply spoon it on when you're short on time. They're simple, affordable, and have all those cozy apple and cinnamon flavors we crave once fall arrives.

Recipe tips:

  • For the best texture, crush the graham crackers into small crumbs, but leave a few slightly larger pieces for a little extra crunch. If the pieces of apple in your pie filling are large, chop them into smaller bite sized pieces so the cups are easier to eat with a spoon.
  • Keep the Cool Whip refrigerated until you're ready to assemble the desserts so it stays light and fluffy, and use a piping bag and decorative tip for a prettier presentation. These cups can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until serving, but the graham cracker crumbs will soften the longer they sit, so assemble them closer to serving time if you prefer a crunchy bottom layer. Keep leftovers covered in the refrigerator and enjoy within 1-2 days.

These easy Apple Pie Cups have all the cozy flavors of classic apple pie without turning on the oven. With crunchy graham crackers, apple pie filling, Cool Whip, and cinnamon, they're a fun fall treat for both kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves of graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 - 21 ounce cans of apple pie filling
  • 3 cups cool whip
  • ground cinnamon, for topping
  • 9 ounce plastic cups

Instructions

  1. Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each serving cup.
  2. Spoon the apple pie filling over the graham cracker crumbs, filling each cup about ¾ of the way full.
  3. Top each cup with Cool Whip. For a decorative finish, transfer the Cool Whip to a piping bag fitted with your favorite piping tip and pipe it over the apple filling.
  4. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired, and serve.
