I love all things cranberry when it's the holiday season! Cranberry is so versatile whether you prepare it savory or sweet, it always turns out so delicious!
Today's recipe is absolutely perfect for your Thanksgiving or Christmas meal.
This ham is made with four simple ingredients and is easy to customize if you want to add something else, or switch up an ingredient.
The brown sugar, cranberry sauce and pepper jelly are a perfect flavor combo with the salty ham and it's great when served for brunch, lunch or dinner.
This recipe isn't spicy and the leftovers are wonderful for sandwiches, fried up for breakfast the next day or for snacking.

Recipe tips:
- Double the glaze if you want some for serving on the side.
- This can also be made in the slow cooker. Follow recipe instructions, then slow cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add the second half of the glaze with 30 minutes remaining on the cooking time.
- This recipe can also be frozen. Store leftovers in a freezer ziploc bag and use as needed for to two months.
- An unsliced ham can be used instead of spiral. Cooking time may need to be increased.
- Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to three days.

Baked Cranberry Pepper Jelly Spiral Ham
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked bone-in spiral ham (6 to 8 pounds)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 14 ounce can cranberry sauce
- 1 cup pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place ham in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat combine the brown sugar, cranberry sauce and pepper jelly.
- Stir until combined.
- Continue to stirring over medium heat until the mixture comes to a bubble. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon half of the glaze over the ham.
- Bake, uncovered for 1 hour.
- Spoon the remaining glaze over the ham and bake another 15-30 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140° and ham is heated through.
Notes:
