Hello book lovers! It's been awhile since I've posted regular book reviews. Life's kinda taken over at this point, and that leaves me with almost no time for reading! Gasp! I know, such a bad book lover! Hopefully since winter is coming here in MN, I'll finally get back to reading, which I so dearly love!

Gold Peak Brewed Tea at Outback Steakhouse!
This post is sponsored by my friends at Gold Peak Tea.
Sweet vs. Unsweet is the ultimate debate when drinking and talking about tea. Previously, I preferred all things sweet, but recently, I've been going more down the unsweet route! I love adding mint, fresh fruits, like strawberries, peaches and raspberries, or even a simple slice of lemon to my tea.
One of our favorite brands, Gold Peak Tea, is available at restaurants near you! You can enjoy the crisp and delicious flavor Gold Peak tea offers, at Outback Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen, Carrabba's Italian Grill, or TGI Fridays!
The day we visited, Outback had regular unsweetened, mango or pomegranate flavored teas to choose from! We tried the regular unsweetened and mango, and they both were so delicious! Gold Peak Tea is so refreshing and really has "The Taste That Brings You Home". I always remember by sister making freshly brewed iced tea at home growing up, and a sip of Gold Peak Tea always brings me back to those great summertime memories!
When my daughter and I dine out on those special occasions, Outback Steakhouse is always one of her first picks! She loves steak and it's really a meal the both of us can enjoy together. It's pure comfort food and pairs perfectly with Gold Peak Tea. We enjoyed, steak, shrimp, baked potatoes and Outback's amazing macaroni and cheese the day we visited. We had full bellies and were ready for an evening of shopping after that!
As you can see, I was really enjoying my tea that day! I really love having the option of choosing unsweetened tea when dining out, as well as enjoying it at home like usual.
What is your preference when it comes to drinking Gold Peak Brewed Tea? Sweet or Unsweet?

Cucumber and Tomato Bowtie Pasta Salad Recipe
One of the easiest pasta salads ever! Great for lunches, potlucks and picnics!

With school back in session, we've been trying to come up with some creative school lunch ideas!
This Cucumber and Tomato Bowtie Pasta Salad happens to be my daughter's favorite, so we sent it in her lunchbox to school last week.
It's quick to make, fresh and delicious! She's not much of a meat eater, so the majority of her lunches are packed full of veggies.
Her usual is a lettuce salad with hard boiled egg whites, tomatoes and red wine vinaigrette.
We got this cute little salad dressing container from the dressing aisle at Walmart. So perfect for lunches.

Roasted Vegetable Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
Great recipe to use any fresh veggies you have on hand! Ready in 30 minutes and so delicious!

Homemade Stovetop Mac and Cheese was always a favorite of mine growing up! We actually called it "cheese spaghetti" and loved every time Mom made it. Today's recipe is a spin on Mom's recipe and it's great for using any fresh vegetables you have on hand. Especially now with all the delicious garden harvest coming in.
